ABOUT NETWORK OXFORD

The scheme will be developed in two phases.

Phase 1 comprises pre-let facilities for Stagecoach and Nedschroef Fasteners Limited and a speculative production/warehouse unit of 20,415 sq ft.

Phase 2 is planned as a multi unit trade park (55,000 sq ft) plus production/warehouse units (approximately 18,000 sq ft). Enquiries are welcome for bespoke buildings at this stage.

Network Oxford is located adjacent to the Oxford Ring Road (eastern bypass-A4142), with access via Sandy Lane West.

The Oxford Ring Road provides easy access to both the A40 and the A34. The A40 links to junction 8 of the M40 for direct access to London. The A34 links to junction 13 of the M4, Southampton/Docks and junction 9 of the M40 for access to Birmingham.

The scheme is located in the heart of Oxford’s premier commercial area. This is an established business location close to Oxford Business Park and the BMW Cowley Works.

Local major occupiers include BMW Mini, DHL, Royal Mail, Blackwells, Harley Davidson, Oxfam.

Local amenities include: Oxford Retail Park (inc. Tescos, M&S, Next and Boots), Premier Travel Lodge, David Lloyd Fitness Centre and Templars Square Shopping Centre.
